CCTV is in operation throughout the studio to help maintain a secure environment for both our teachers and clients.

  • All members of our team hold Full Enchanced DBS Clearance for working with children under the age of 16.
  • While every care is taken, LTA studio cannot accept responsibility for any vocal injury, or for the loss of or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
  • Lessons are delivered on a one-one basis. Parents & Guardians are kindly asked to not sit in the studio during sessions: however a comfortable waiting area is available outside.
  • A parent or guardian may join the first lesson if needed, or where a client requires additional support.

In order for us to run LTA effectively & keep the coaches income stable & the studio thriving we do ask all of our students adhere to these terms & conditions.



BOOKINGS & ATTENDANCE POLICY:


Please arrive on time.

Late arrivals will not be compensated, and lessons will still end at the scheduled time. 


All weekly & bi-weekly lesson dates must be confirmed at the start of each month. Unconfirmed dates are not charged.


Lessons are booked and paid monthly in advance. 


FEES: 


 

Lessons are invoiced monthly in advance & payment is due by the 1st of each month.


All payments must be paid online via bank transfer.   


PAY AS YOU GO LESSONS:


Pay as you go lessons are available; however, monthly clients take priority, and slots cannot be guaranteed. 


This option is offered to help make LTA coaching accessible to everyone, subject to availability.


CANCELLATION POLICY:


Booked & Paid lessons are non-refundable, including missed lessons. 


COACH AVAILABILITY POLICY:


If an LTA coach is unwell, on holiday, or unavailable the lesson will be covered by another LTA coach.  


COACH CANCELLATION POLICY:


 If an LTA coach cancels,  a full refunded will be issued or deducted from the following invoice.




  Privacy Safeguarding Information Notice:    


This notice is designed to safeguard data privacy. Please be aware that you entered into a contract between yourself and The LTA STUDIO.  In order to fulfil this contractual obligation THE LTA STUDIO will need to gather relevant data. In accordance with GDPR requirements please be assured that only necessary data will be collected to enable the fulfilment of the contract.

This incudes your name, address, telephone number and email address. To enable effective communicaton regarding the lessons purchased.

Your data will not be used for any other reason unless permission is expressly granted. You may withdraw consent and cease the processing at any stage. Please be assured  that your data will then be erased unless express permisson to retain that data for another purpose is then given or has already been given on a previous ocassion. Please be aware however that data stored on an invoices will be retained securely to fufill HMRC regulations.
